Agência Minas Gerais | Ouvidoria-Geral do Estado apresenta projetos premiados ao Tribunal de Contas de Minas Gerais
6 de maio de 2024A ouvidora-geral do Estado de Minas Gerais, Simone Deoud, apresentou algumas das boas práticas implementadas pelo órgão nos últimos anos ao presidente do Tribunal de Contas do Estado de Minas Gerais (TCE-MG), conselheiro Gilberto Diniz, nesta segunda-feira (6/5), na Cidade Administrativa.
Iniciativas como a Sala de Situação e o modelo de inteligência da Ouvidoria Geral do Estado de Minas Gerais (OGE/MG), premiado pelo Banco Interamericano de Desenvolvimento (BID) foram apresentadas. Por meio da ferramenta, a OGE/MG disponibiliza informações estratégicas aos órgãos estaduais, a partir dos dados das manifestações registradas, o que contribui para o aperfeiçoamento de políticas públicas.
“O modelo de inteligência da OGE/MG é referência para países de todo o mundo e recebeu premiação internacional do BID. A busca por inovação é constante e sempre voltada para melhorar a vida dos mineiros”, afirmou Simone Deoud.
“A Ouvidoria-Geral do Estado realiza um brilhante trabalho de assessoramento aos demais órgãos do Estado a partir da gestão sistemática e estratégica das informações. Todas as manifestações que chegam, além de serem respondidas, são trabalhadas e geram insumos importantes para o Governo de Minas melhorar as políticas públicas”, destacou Gilberto Diniz.
Também participaram do encontro a ouvidora-geral adjunta do Estado, Gabriela Siqueira, e os seguintes integrantes do Tribunal de Contas de Minas Gerais: conselheiro-ouvidor Cláudio Terrão, diretora de Tecnologia da Informação Cristiana Andrade, e o supervisor de Tecnologia da Informação Alcimar Bonomi.
