Agrishow: movimento com o turismo chega a R$ 273,2 milhões

A maior feira de tecnologia agrícola da América Latina terminou na sexta-feira (3) com resultados surpreendentes. Estima-se impacto econômico direto e indireto de R$ 273,2 milhões, considerando gastos com hospedagem, transporte, alimentação, compras e entretenimento, de acordo com o Centro de Inteligência da Economia do Turismo (CIET), ligado à Secretaria de Turismo e Viagens de SP (Setur-SP). O valor não inclui o impacto com os gastos de eventos, patrocínio e mídia.
A análise do perfil do público indicou maioria masculina (67%), com curso superior completo (63,2%) e renda média de R$ 11 mil. Aqueles que visitaram a Agrishow vindos de outros municípios permaneceram, em média, dois dias na feira com gastos estimados de R$ 935 no período, segundo o CIET. Já os moradores de Ribeirão gastaram menos, R$ 251 em média.
“Os resultados são muito animadores porque revelam a força dos eventos no interior do nosso estado e o potencial do turismo na geração de emprego e renda da região”, diz Roberto de Lucena, secretário de Turismo e Viagens de SP. Com grande apelo rural, cultural e gastronômico, Ribeirão Preto é a maior cidade da região turística Raízes do Campo e fica próxima de municípios muito visitados, como Brodowski, berço do pintor modernista Portinari; Mococa, que preserva a arquitetura do ciclo do café; e Guariba, famosa pela tradição caipira das cavalgadas.
Os principais motivos que levaram os turistas à Agrishow 2024 foram o interesse pelo evento (33%), a oportunidade de fazer novos relacionamentos (18,4%) e conhecer as novas tecnologias agrícolas (17,6%). A nota de satisfação do visitante foi elevada (79), com destaque para a programação e hospitalidade.
