9 de maio de 2024O Governo de Minas informa, em caráter de urgência, a suspensão do expediente presencial nesta sexta-feira (10/5) para os servidores que atuam nos prédios Minas e Gerais da Cidade Administrativa. A medida ocorre em virtude da necessidade de paralisação do uso dos elevadores sociais e privativos dos prédios em questão, realizada de maneira preventiva após nova perícia concluída nesta quinta-feira (9/5).
Após desistência da empresa vencedora da primeira licitação para reparo dos elevadores, o Governo do Estado solicitou perícias oficiais, visando sempre garantir a segurança e integridade física dos servidores.
A medida é inevitável diante da sequência de problemas decorrentes da negligência e má construção dos edifícios, inaugurados em 2010.
A atual gestão está adotando todas as medidas necessárias para a apuração das causas dos defeitos constatados nos elevadores e a responsabilização dos envolvidos.
Os gestores máximos de cada órgão administrativo ajustarão com suas equipes a realização das atividades desta sexta-feira (10), conforme a especificidade de cada função.
As atividades nos prédios Tiradentes e Alterosas estão mantidas normalmente.
O Governo de Minas segue atento e diligente para solucionar os problemas da forma mais célere possível, e garantindo a segurança de todos os servidores e usuários da Cidade Administrativa.
