III Feira de Cordel tem programação neste final de semana no Largo de Tambaú
9 de maio de 2024A Fundação Cultural de João Pessoa (Funjope) realiza, nas sextas-feiras e sábados do mês de maio, uma série de ações voltadas à literatura de cordel. As atividades, que acontecem das 17h às 20h, no Largo de Tambaú, incluem exposição de cordéis, apresentações de cordelistas e trios de forró pé-de-serra.
“A literatura de cordel é integrada ao nosso projeto do São João Multicultural. Pelo segundo ano consecutivo, a Funjope, a Prefeitura de João Pessoa, em diálogo com a Associação de Cordelistas do Vale do Paraíba, constrói e mantém esse estímulo à nossa literatura de cordel. Nós entendemos que a cultura popular precisa ser valorizada e estimulada em todos os ambientes, inclusive no período junino”, pontua o diretor executivo da Funjope, Marcus Alves.
Na próxima sexta-feira (10), a programação fica sob a responsabilidade dos cordelistas Chico Mulungu, Dalmo Oliveira e Mané Gostoso, que vão mostrar todo o talento e criatividade em suas declamações.
Para o sábado (11), os cordelistas Arnaldo Mendes, Matheus (Bodão) Ferreira e Pádua Gorrión da Rabeca vão encantar o público com suas apresentações. De quebra, quem estiver por lá vai conferir um animado forró com o Trio Fulô de Muçambê.
